The City of Eden Prairie’s facilities were displaced by the construction of Highway 212. The City commissioned Kodet Architectural Group to renovate and expand an existing 66,000 s.f. structure. The new facility consists of vehicle storage, offices, maintenance garage, shops, and a welding bay. Located on a restricted site, it maximizes the use and efficiency of the building and site while adhering to strict local zoning criteria.
